Very pleased to meet our new hygienist 'Ajeesh' (apologies for spelling) today. AJ has a very calming presence and very gentle but thorough dental technique. (I'm also very pleased to hear that appointments are available Monday to Friday. As a regular patient - it's reassuring to build up a good rapport. I'm really hoping that he'll still be here in a few months time).
Very friendly and helpful
I have been a patient here for 20 years and tried to book a check up and was told I was no longer listed even though I have had hygienist appointments every six months. Apparently I was sent a reminder last year (didn’t get an email as I have checked) and as I did not book within the time window have been removed as a patient, even though I was still attending other appointments. Truly shoddy customer service having spent thousands at this practice over the years.
Great experience! Considering it was for filling appointment, couldn't have been better! The reception team have been brilliant & dentist Jasleen is amazing, and very passionate about dentistry
