Really disheartened as I've only just moved to this practice and although the reception staff and some of the staff I’ve seen this week were lovely, the issue that I have is one minute I’m told that I’ve got XY wrong and paying for prescriptions and then I come in another day and I’m told by a very abrupt, unsympathetic and rude Dr nope there’s nothing wrong and to just manage the pain.
I’ve had the same surgery 2 times in 3 weeks and required dressing changes daily but they were too busy seeing me . I’ve been going Caterham dene walking in centre as the gp in charge with my health have been too busy . Every appointment is a argument with them I strongly don’t recommend this practice I will be moving!
Might as well go to the vets next door been bleeding from my bum for months and can't get a appointment have bot given me a medical review in 10years discraful had to go to ae to get them to find out what's what
