I like this surgery and the staff. However, to order a prescription you cannot do this at weekends and now despite apparently closing at 6.30pm you cannot re-order a prescription after 5pm. Also, if a prescription is “”refused” you are not notified and the receptionist has no clue as to why the medication was refused either. Surely a simple phone call wouldn't hurt.
I have had issue after issue. I have had a misdiagnosis multiple times, paid for multiple prescriptions that are useless and now just told i have to wait for it to heal. After taking medication that made me feel so unwell.
Really disheartened as I've only just moved to this practice and although the reception staff and some of the staff I’ve seen this week were lovely, the issue that I have is one minute I’m told that I’ve got XY wrong and paying for prescriptions and then I come in another day and I’m told by a very abrupt, unsympathetic and rude Dr nope there’s nothing wrong and to just manage the pain.
I’ve had the same surgery 2 times in 3 weeks and required dressing changes daily but they were too busy seeing me . I’ve been going Caterham dene walking in centre as the gp in charge with my health have been too busy . Every appointment is a argument with them I strongly don’t recommend this practice I will be moving!
