I brought my 2025 Subaru Outback in for a scheduled oil change. Upon arrival I pulled right in to the drop-off/check-in bay. The employee who checked my vehicle in was extremely courteous and friendly. She told me approximately how long the wait would be. When the oil change was completed she found me in the waiting area, provided me the inspection report, returned my keys and off I went. This process was easy and my wait was quicker than expected.
