Emergency room, more like pay 400 dollars up front and then wait in a boiling room while the people after you are seen before you. I wasn’t even the patient yet by the end of waiting for my sister to be seen I had a killer headache as we were discarded into a extremely hot room and waited almost 2 hours just to see a doctor, this is a joke!

Had an amazing experience. Was seen to and treated fast. All the staff and nurses were incredible and attentive. Sally the triage nurse was amazing very kind and caring, as were Jo and Jem.
0 stars. Went in today with my 9 year old daughter with suspected ankle fracture. Did paperwork upon arrival. We have private health and there was no mention of $450 fee until after an hour of waiting. After being told for over 2 hours we were next we decided to leave. Staff were completely rude and unwelcoming. Went to Sandringham and staff were super caring and accomodating. WORST HOSPITAL IVE EVER BEEN TO. AVOID.
Do not come to this ED if you have a serious acute issue or have chronic complex conditions. you are better off to wait at a public hospital.
