Very nice place. All amenities were covered; the cinnamon rolls and bread was a wonderful gesture. Loved the fireplace and nice hot shower. Wifi was spotty, but didn't bother us. The only negative for us personally was the drive into town. There are some seriously scary roads and getting into town was a chore. We will not stay again due to this but it is a wonderful place and a very relaxing stay

We have stayed at Holmes With a View a number of times over the years and have never been dissapointed with the location. It's a very peaceful place overlooking hilly pastures. We stayed 3 days in the #5 suite. The couch has a recliner on both ends. However, one recliner doesn't work, and the other recliner, while it does come up, is difficult to lock back down. This place was amazing and reasonable. The previous owners were amazing.|It recently sold and now added to the prices are high cleaning fees and a stricter cancellation policy and penalties.|Not sure I will be back because of these pricechanges.
