I called to report a outage today and the lady i talked to was really nice and sweet and so helpful! 😊
Our electric went out at 1:30 in the morning last night. I heard a pop outside and everything went dark. At 2 o'clock in the morning, I reported the outage and by 2:30 in the morning somebody was here and fixed the issue and we had electric back on. They were very fast, efficient and the worker that came out was very nice. Thank you for working so fast to get our electric back on.
If I could give them zero stars I would! They don’t even deserve the 1 star! Not only did they take advantage of my mother, A widower, after my dad passed they stole $1770 from her pocket. They were married 41 years!! My dad passed, so my mother switched everything into her name. Wayne/Holmes electric owed my mom a check of almost $ 1000.00 for capital credit. Next thing she knows she’s getting a $1770 electric bill. They are trying to claim that my mom didn’t call in for her reading and that the electric bill was for 55 day... read more
