Five minutes ago the staff clocked off, the place is locked up and they are outside and leaving. The customer was bummed that he barely missed the open hours. Brandy an IDC employee comes over and she’s like hey I can help. IDC for this situation re-opened up and delivered the springs for the customer within just a few minutes. Full disclosure I am not the customer I’m a vendor who observed a client interaction with IDC Springs staff.
Very friendly people. Service is great and we love doing business with them!
