Purchased about $65 worth of veg seeds from these crooks early this year. I've been a gardener for 48 years, and have never had worse seed - many of the varieties I bought had germination of only about 5 to 20%! I've bought seed from numerous suppliers over the years, but this if the first time that the seed packets did not include info like the year the seeds were grown or their germination rate. This company is selling worthless poor product - do business with them at your own risk!
We purchased multiple varieties of seeds for the first time from Holmes Seeds. We have been gardening for over 30 years. These have to be the worst seeds we have ever planted. Buyer beware!

In this day and age, Holmes Seed Company knows how to do business the right way. They replaced my bean seed completely on their own just because the germination rate did not meet their standards. I am so proud of this company! They got their money and could have just let me plant the seeds that had a lower than expected germination rate, but instead they displayed a great deal of integrity by doing customers right. I will be a repeat customer! I wish more companies did business like this.
