We are a small local family business Holmes panel and paint was Established in 1962 by Bert Holmes then was taken over by Dennis Holmes then finally Craig Holmes it was ran by the Holmes family for many generations . The Holmes decided to move on after many successful years and sold it to Wayne and Michelle on November the 4th 2013 . Thanks guys for sorting out my car ! Insurance job done in super quick time and only to pick up and realise my back wheel was buckled so back in it went for Michelle to sort out all the insurance and approvals. Great service. Thanks so much 👍
Repair work was good, but incredibly slow. 7 weeks to have minor front end damage repaired. When I inquired as to an eta for repair completion, I was told another 8 days, so arranged time off work as a result, only to be contacted the next day that my vehicle was ready. Slow work with not much care to give accurate information.
This is my third time using Holmes as my preferred body shop and once again they didn’t disappoint brilliant service from start to finish.the girls in the office handled the hole thing with such ease and the guys in the body shop obviously perfectionist looking at the finished product. Thanks again
Bad communication, and long wait time. Will update if the work is any good, but so far not happy at all.
