Tried to give zero stars but google wouldn't allow it... The five star reviews here must be fake. I am really disappointed with this business. Matt the owner was rude and incredibly aggressive . Very disappointed with the service. Communication was poor throughout the process, and key issues were either ignored or inadequately addressed. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I would not recommend based on my experience.
Give this place a miss. Sloppy work. Poor time management in all regards.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. From the day of dropping off my car I was told they couldn’t take it, as it was still pending with insurance. They didn’t have any consideration in contacting me the day before and making me aware. What has happened to admin staff these days? Protocol should be to follow up insurance companies, they did not. Super fast and professional service! The staff were friendly, helpful, and got my license plates installed in no time. Really impressed with the efficiency and quality of the job—thank you!
They did a fantastic job on my 2013 Honda CR-V. The damage to the door panels and the front bumper was erased like magic, and I'm happy with the results. Their customer service is pretty good because I received updates on the progress on the repairs of my car. However, there was a delay on certain parts, which is OK by me considering the results, and they rang me to let me know there was a delay. I would recommend Holmes Panel & Paint to those who want an excellent job done to their car.
