Give this place a miss. Sloppy work. Poor time management in all regards.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. From the day of dropping off my car I was told they couldn’t take it, as it was still pending with insurance. They didn’t have any consideration in contacting me the day before and making me aware. What has happened to admin staff these days? Protocol should be to follow up insurance companies, they did not. They did a fantastic job on my 2013 Honda CR-V. The damage to the door panels and the front bumper was erased like magic, and I'm happy with the results. Their customer service is pretty good because I received updates on the progress on the repairs of my car. However, there was a delay on certain parts, which is OK by me considering the results, and they rang me to let me know there was a delay. I would recommend Holmes Panel & Paint to those who want an excellent job done to their car.
