This message is to bring you awareness, unfortunately my experience was not a happy one, on July 26 of this year I drop off some jewelry to get repaired, from weeks turn into two months that I did not hear from Debbie during this time I was calling many times to the shop and there was no answer, then finally by the end of September one of my many calls was answered, Debbie said she has not had time to fix my jewelry bc she was too busy taking care of other stuff, I understood. I needed to get my Daughter's hook replaced on her bracelet that got hung and broke so I went to the 1st jewelry store, which was closed. But I am so glad it was which led me to Holmes Jewelry store. I am so glad it did. I went in and she was actually about to close but still took the time to help me out. She looked at the bracelet and was able to fix it. I asked how much, and she said no charge.
