I needed to get my Daughter's hook replaced on her bracelet that got hung and broke so I went to the 1st jewelry store, which was closed. But I am so glad it was which led me to Holmes Jewelry store. I am so glad it did. I went in and she was actually about to close but still took the time to help me out. She looked at the bracelet and was able to fix it. I asked how much, and she said no charge.
