So wonderful to find a company where a knowledgeable person will take time to explain details and answer questions and who is locally based! Many of the smaller firms have been absorbed by large national or international companies now and it's become a challenge to find quality service. I want to feel confident that someone understands our insurance needs and will provide us the correct products and John has done just that!
