We have used Heath for our heating and air service needs for several years, and he has consistently provided outstanding service. No matter how small the job, he always makes time for us and responds promptly. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. In addition to doing great work, Heath is always kind, courteous, and pleasant to work with.
I had a great experience with Holmes Heating and Cooling. They responded promptly to my service request and were able to come out the very next day. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, getting my system back up and running in no time. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Holmes Heating and Cooling and will continue to choose them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.
They installed a system for me a few years back with no issue. Had an issue with the system and attempted to contact them on 3 different phone lines, left two messages and got no response. Due to it being a time sensitive issue I had to call another company who did a great job. Will not use again or recommend.
Fixed the air quick for us and haven’t had a problem since. Quality work and quality company.
