Mr. Holmes was the closing Attorney on the property we bought in June, 2025. Mr. Holmes and our Agent, Jennifer Scott, (REMAX) the Broker and Lender were told and acknowledged that there "WAS NO HOA" We have emails, text and recordings to prove it all. However, in Sept. 2025 a woman knocked on our door saying she was with our HOA and wanted to hand me documents relating to our HOA. We had made it very clear that we would not live in an HOA.
