I’ve been going here for decades, but they’ve stopped accepting secondary insurance for patients. If I have multiple insurance plans, I should be able to utilize all of them instead of paying hundreds more out-of-pocket because the office is too greedy to wait for the 2nd portion of the claim. This is absolutely ridiculous on their part and I’m looking for another dentist because of it.
Dr.Morales was great. Actually fixed the chip in my tooth when I was just there for a cleaning and now I can't chew my nails as easy! Hah! Everyone was wonderful.

The person answer phone call she is a not nice , I trying get a appointment with Dr morals is my docter i got broken half bottom dentures, he for got he made for me, he said "I didn't make those" I said without top dentures how he can setup make top? Lady on reception was real bad rule to deal with , I asked to fix or make new I'll pay , I have humana Medicare ppo. Some might not take some payments but, she cut me off. Person on desk sure take a appointment why I have to discuss with reception person.
I had a root canal done 1 yr ago. My husband had one done also. We paid alot and cash payment. We have both had sensation. Dr. Morales never got back to us...after calling several times. now...we had to go a specialist to have the 4th canal removed. Please be careful..we would recommend not getting a root canal with dr. Morales. Also ..dr.flores chipped my husbands tooth and denied it. Ever since new staff..this place has gone down hill.
