This place was absolutely breath taking. The only complaint I have is that after spending the day at the spring. The kayak trip back to Holmes creek felt very long. But it was a great thing that me and my bf decided to do. We also were not prepared on what to bring. This place was definitely more of a local hangout. But in the future we will bring out cooler with drinks, sandwiches, & etc. We will be back next year! If you are staying in Destin then it is only an hour away, it’s definitely worth the trip.
I used the shuttle service to have my kayak dropped off at Cotton Landing Boat ramp. They were quick and professional. I was told it would be an hour before pick up, but my wait was only 20 minutes.
We love this place
It was alot of fun! The creek was beautiful and once we got back to Holmes Creek Livery, we had fun on the slide, rope swing & diving board. We will be back.
