Holmes Construction built our cottage on PEI. I will start by saying that as far as a complete home build, I believe ours was one on their firsts, and although we did have some kinks to work out, we worked together and were rewarded with a wonderful home. Our cottage is fully winterized, on a 5 ft frost wall/slab. We asked Holmes Construction to replace two decks, a staircase connecting them, and bury a pool. They were able to start the job before we got back to the Island. The projects were efficiently coordinated with the necessary sub-contractors, and completed expeditiously. The workers were considerate of our needs while we were in residence at our home-away-from-home. All went smoothly and the result was perfect. Highly recommended!
Holmes Construction renovated 36 units of our property and is currently renovating another 122 units. They bring the same high level of organization, communication, and care to this larger project as they did to our previous one. I’m truly impressed with their professional staff and top-notch work.
