Holmes & Company shouldn't have taken on work for OnPoint Community PPP Loan's if they couldn't handle it. I've sent MULTIPLE emails regarding the wrong information they keep sending me on my Docusign for PPP Forgiveness. Not a single reply. I've sent 3 emails over the last 2+ weeks. Their lack of reply or having any kind of ticketing system in place is a clear indication that I can only imagine how poorly run and organized they are as a company. Definitely don't recommend doing business of any kind with them.
I’m a customer of Holmes and Company and a business owner during the pandemic. Given the state of the economy during these times, most businesses, including mine, are experiencing difficult times. I’d attempted to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program through my own bank(s) without success. In a desperate attempt to search for a bank that could help, I called Bill.
