Left a lot to be desired with my tux for my wedding day. The kid (yes, kid) helping me was nice but not very knowledgeable. When trying on different sizes, I told him that the size of pants would be appropriate as long as I had a belt. He confirmed this, and marked down my size. When the tux was received, I was surprised to see there were no belt loops or openings in the pants. Wish 0 stars was an option. We wanted to custom make my fiancés suit for our wedding so we went and picked out all the stuff in February. They said it’d take several weeks so we waited. We hadn’t heard anything for a while so around the time it was supposed to be done we went in the store and asked. They had no idea where the suit was. Seems like they lost it or it just never got made but we were never made aware of this so we had to find a new suit with less than 3 weeks left until the wedding. Great service from Ricky! Coming back
Worst customer service I've received in years, was placed on a 30 minute hold. They forget items in the suit sale such as vest and tie, not a rental but a sale. Day of wedding they still don't have items and barely are doing anything to remedy the situation. Amateur places make generic stores feel great, men's warehouse wouldn't have given us these problems. Highly do not recommend.
