Tara and Alexis were very professional and kind in working with me. They explained the legal concepts to me in a very simple and concise manner too. It made a huge difference to know how and where I needed to direct my attention while they handled the rest. Truly made the process so much smoother, I always was so relieved when I stepped out of their office, they really show such warmth and care in addressing the issue. Tara is a great person that I hope to keep in my life for a long time!
She was unprofessional on the phone. She can not handle phone conversation, and she will hang up on you. She sent me an email demanding I take down my review similar to how she treated me on the phone.
