If you find yourself in this small town with an auto problem, this is the place to call. Many times I’ve needed help in this area and have had difficulty finding any, and opting to look to bigger cities. There is no Mercedes dealership to be found in this area. Dave handled my dead battery with care. He came out to my house and fixed it in the driveway. Absolutely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Had one of our vehicles in for service and they failed to repair it. Paid in full and still not in working condition. Got frustrated with them as they couldn’t get the job done and attempted to tow our vehicle away today from their shop only to find out it’s blocked and they can’t tow it at the moment! Called last minute; they were able to squeeze me in to replace brake pads and calipers. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Brake job cost half price of what the dealer wanted. Customer service is top notch, They gave me a ride home. The job was done an hour and a half early Thank's Christiansens auto!
