Almost a year ago the owner stole $350 from my sister. He went to their house to check their refrigerator; told them he would have to order a part. She kept METICULOUS records of every phone call she made and when he was supposed to return. She also had the canceled check that he immediately cashed. She asked us about him after finding out we knew him. My husband called him and after asking him about it, he stopped answering my husband’s phone calls. Always making excuses about something why it takes so long to finish a job
Worst customer service ever. I really wish I would've looked at other reviews! Same issue as others. 2 months in, down a ton of money, and I got gaslighted constantly with promises to come and fix my oven. When he finally did, nothing changed, he agreed by text to return the money, but still hasn't and now he won't respond to any of my inquiries.
