Reception staff are very rude to there patients and leave you feeling very upset in the leg and foot department. Patrick one of the nurse specialists who work in that department where I went because of long term foot and leg pain was very rude and patronising,kept raising his voice ,didn't even want to read my notes I brought with me when I suffer with brain fog from my conditions,looked at me like dirt,he couldn't care less.my appointment was meant to last 45 minutes but I was out with 20 minutes.
