Great staff friendly and polite service always a warm welcome
Absolute appalling practice ring for aappointment at 8:00 to be told by the iron wall there's no more appointments for that day Ring back tomorrow at 8:00 then to be told Ring 111 ring 111 They arranged over the phone appointment within 12 hours with homecroft surgery My doctor that had no appointments to polish it off They never rang but on 111 logs They allegedly tried ringing me they have rang me before Same number for years end up spending 12 hours in A&E Thank you, homecroft A wonderful service you can rely on
Absolutely useless. They'll do anything they can to stop you seeing a doctor
I have been with this surgery for twelve years. However I would no longer suggest going there. I have found it really hard to get a repeat prescription. I had to wait a month to have a call from the doctor. During the call he told me to ring and get an appointment with a specific clinic. When I rang I was told that there is no clinic and I have to see a doctor.
