I'm begging you, please stay away from this firm. They go to court and are off topic, they colluded with my ex's attorney. My disabled ex ended up with more custody, I ended up paying out a fortune in child support an alimony. When I switched attorneys they tried not to point out how horrible of a decision I made by using David. Please, spare yourself.
Miles gave me (what I learned later) was terrible advice at the beginning (most crucial part) of my divorce; then, while he stood up in my first ever hearing (temp orders), he visibly shook and stuttered in front of the judge while trying to argue my case after I was expertly smeared as an unfit father by my ex's attorney (Mitch Olsen Sr.) who absolutely owned Miles.
