Christian and the sales team were top notch! There was no pressure to purchase and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Bought my 5th wheel here last year. Too notch service. Purchased an ac from the parts dept this year. 10/10 both experiences. Polite professional people. Their prices beat any dealer in campers. The parts dept is cheaper than the online stores. Take my money
I bought a used keystone fusion 414 from here over priced but was ok with it. Only to have the main ac go out it ran but wasn’t kicking out cold air but on the first extreme heat day it went out subjecting my dogs to 105 degrees killing them. Worst day of my life. 18 and 14 they were my life… then to only find out after having the ac replaced that the whole roof is bad and has to be replaced. Which is somewhere around 10,000. On an already overpriced camper I’d think for 60,000 I’d got more than a pile of trash. I will never... read more
Avoid buying from this place we bought a camper from here the next day the jacks stopped working and then when we went to go camping and the fridge went out. Don’t recommend not worth the money take your business elsewhere!!!
Terrible service!! Once they get you into a new camper everything else goes out the window and you no longer matter. Our camper had previous issues with seals and leaking although we were not told anything about it. It just happened to slip out in conversation with a service department member. The exact words were "several areas" but no matter how big or small this information should be provided. Text conversation and photos were sent in February to document a possible water issue.
