Not transparent about pricing. Had some repair work that needed done on a permanent retainer. On the phone they said a minimum of $200, but the orthodontist would tell me when I'm in the chair. Feels pretty "salesy" to do that, but whatever - maybe the scope of work can change, etc. In the chair the orthodontist said $225 if I had him replace it. I agreed. The people here are great ! My son got a color he did not end up liking . Stacy and Jen worked together and made the color change happen for him before we left and He was ecstatic. Thank you ladies !
