First, our sales lady and the two delivery men were very kind. Now, the bad. The deliverymen first explained that our sofa would not fit up the stairs. They contacted the "owner". They suggested we remove our window frame and hoist the sofa up to the second floor of our house. I explained that it was no big deal that the sofa didn't fit.
