Hold off on hauling any freight for this company as they might not pay you. Still waiting for payment in August from a load I hauled in May. Mike sounds like a nice broker but that doesn't pay the bills. Careful hauling anything for this company.

Poor communication. Our company specifically billed direct because our factoring company (OTR Solutions) said Holman Freight was a "No Buy". Then, I had to call numerous times, just to find out they sent the payment to OTR anyways. Then, OTR charged an ACH fee to send the payment to me. Terrible communication, low rate, and failure to follow simple instructions.

If you are a hotshot business thinking of hauling for them. DONT. They refuse to pay after load has been delivered. Gives excuse after excuse and will not pay what they owe

Avoid this broker at all costs. They do not pay carriers on time and continuously claim that payment has been sent without providing any proof. Communication is vague and unhelpful. If you value timely payment and transparency, look elsewhere.
