There had been many occasions where customer service has been incredibly rude over the phone. I recommend your "team" be trained in customer relations prior to their start dates. Also, unless they've been professionally trained in how to actually repair vehicles/equipment/parts, they should not be making changes to labor times without asking why it would take that amount of time quoted in the first place. They need to do their research.
Not sure how this company has 4 stars, stay far away from them. They tried to leave my sister stranded in another city, in the freezing cold tonight, when her car got a flat on the highway because they didn't want to drive an hour to the city that she lives in and drop her vehicle at a tire place there. They were incredibly rude on the phone as well. What a terrible company, apparently their staff just don't want to do their job, what a joke 🤣.
