Oil everywhere on the oil pan after service, also front end was not greased. Never will go into salina location again that is part of doing a service. I should know I'm a certified technician over 15 years of experience. Would not recommend anyone going there. Family does lots of business with holms.
Horrible customer service. Wanted to test drive a 47k vehicle. They took my license and insurance. Went to make copies and bring a dealer tag. They never came back. Never did get to test drive. Had to beg several people to get license back. Nobody knew what was going on. And manager made rude remarks under his breath. Spending my money somewhere else.
Took my 2019 Silverado 2500 in for Service in the morning dropped off and the service crew was able to get to it even before my appoint was scheduled. I threw an inquiry out about trade in value when I went to pick it up they were still needing some time to get a trade in value so I Isaiah had surprised me with a beautiful White 2025 Sierra AT4 for many years I have been all about having black trucks.
