I’ve been a customer of Holm Audio for many years now so I thought it was about time to give them a review which is something I don’t normally do, however I feel qualified at this point to comment. Holm Audio is the best. I’ve visited many audio dealers in the past and feel most at home ( no pun) there. I just made my latest purchase from them (a streaming dac and matching cd transport) and am more than happy with the results. I feel at Home at Holm 🙂
Half of our Sonos system had not worked for approximately 6 months. We called another company when it went down and they sent a guy out. I had to pay $170 for his service time, but he couldn’t get the system to work. Talk about hard money to spend. My wife knew about Holm Audio so we called them and they came out the next day. They were very professional and re- calibrated our entire system and everything works perfectly now. We would definitely refer them to our friends and family. Very fair pricing as well.
What a pleasant experience dealing with such a knowledgeable staff. These guys have been around for a long time, and I can see why. They know all the technical aspects of a quality high fidelity system if that is the way you want to go. But, they can also dumb it down for a guy like me who wants better than average and the name brands that are not typical of a big box store.
