We had a few "hiccups," but Alan & Misty took care of the problems. Even came out on Thanksgiving day. Thier attention to detail, and craftsmanship is uncanny. ...And after just 3 years, every piece of tile they installed is cracked! I've also had to replace the toilet because it was over tightened. I've checked with 2 other contractors, and both conclude, the reason the tile cracked, is because no leveling compound was used.
