Disappointing customer service. In what world is it okay to come on to someone’s property to complete repairs without first calling ahead to let them know, or asking for approval…Guess you can do what you like when you’re the Director hey Murray?!! Really poor way to treat your customers, would never recommend or use again
Two years now waiting for a quote. I guess you can’t rush these things. Hence the one star!
Purchased a solar swing gate, and fencing and pool fencing, so big sale. Now having issue with gate opening , rang 4 times without any decency to call back. On further investigations with the company of the product, there is meant to be ongoing servicing of the product, which never happened or offered . . Now the product has become unusable, with us being stuck with a gate that won’t open.
We went through Hollywood Touch to get glass pool fencing around our exisiting pool. They were excellent when giving expert advice and ordering parts for what we wanted to do. Their quote was very reasonable and very competitive with major brands in the South West. A big thank you to Murray, Mark and Leanne. They were incredibly helpful and their workmanship was second to none. We couldn’t thank them enough as we are super happy with the result!
