worst management ever. ESPECIALLY OLGA AKA UGLAHHHH!! she gave me the worst tan and the room she put me in was dirtier then her neck. she overcharged my spray for no reason. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!!! and on top of that she was on the phone talking bad about customers when she should've been talking about that pimple on her face. im just over it all she ruined my experience with tanning. 0/10 DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! Vining is SOOOO much better and get a bang for your buck!!!
I’ve been coming here for a few months, and anytime I walk in and see that Olga is there, I know it’s going to be a great experience. There’s not a lot of people these days that have such consistent and radiating customer service. I really think she is a gem, and appreciate her professionalism!
I’ve been coming to the North Druid Hills location for years, and it’s always a great experience! The store is spotless, and even when there’s a wait, I feel prioritized. Assistant Manager Olga has been such a joy since she started about two years ago—always warm, welcoming, and attentive. Sales Associate KB is equally fantastic and always goes above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this location more—absolutely a 10/10 every time!
Palm Beach Tan is truly the best! The salon is always immaculate — every room is spotless, the beds are perfectly maintained, and the whole place smells fresh every time I walk in. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. First off Olga, the assistant manager, is a true star. Overall I really enjoy the wellness services here. However, tonight I overheard heard staff members loudly complaining about patrons staying until just before close. There was another person who walked out at the same time. We were both out of the salon before 9:00pm. Hearing them literally yelling things like “Oh my God, it’s almost 9:00” and “you have all day to go to the spa” is unprofessional. I don’t have all day. I have 2 kids. I work.
