Overall I really enjoy the wellness services here. However, tonight I overheard heard staff members loudly complaining about patrons staying until just before close. There was another person who walked out at the same time. We were both out of the salon before 9:00pm. Hearing them literally yelling things like “Oh my God, it’s almost 9:00” and “you have all day to go to the spa” is unprofessional. I don’t have all day. I have 2 kids. I work. I've been a customer at this salon in Toco Hills since 2012 and the staff is always friendly and approachable to answer any questions. The equipment for both tanning and spa services is always well maintained and super clean. The costs are reasonable but I highly recommend a membership over session to session.
