Do not ruin your special event by hiring this limo service. My daughter's prom was last night and we had 12 families waiting on a limo that never showed up. We spent an hour trying to get through on the phone line with no response to our calls or messages before we drove the graduates to their event ourselves. It was only after 4 hours of trying the phone line and blocking my caller ID that I was able to get through and then was greeted with rudeness and zero accountability.
Limo did not show up for my Son's prom- no answer on phone for 45 minutes- terrible thing to do to 16 kids for Grade 12
Absolutely horrible customer service. They almost ruined an entire wedding with their nonsense. Do not waste your hard earned money.
