My husband and I have been going to this theater since it opened. I have to say from the very beginning there were problems. The management is inadequate. The place is dirty. They never seem to sweep or clean up in between show times. The bathrooms are okay, however, the liquid soap dispensers are rarely filled and the driers are the cheapest you could find.
