Thank you Hollywood Smile for getting me in on such short notice! Front desk receptionists was very helpful, professional and pleasant . Dentist took time to explain and discuss everything that needs to be done !!!!

I accompanied my aunt to her appt, my aunt wanted me to ask a question a Spanish girl was multi tasking on the phone and helping ppl Who ere there before us...the Indian lady was just sitting there on her phone texting away and did not even acknowledge us, we had to wait for the Spanish girl To become available she was helpful. How do you have an employee sitting there doing nothing while ppl are standing there waiting..not a professional look what so ever . Dentist was good tho my aunt likes him very much.

cannot get anyone on the phone, it's now an AI assistant that no matter how much u requested a call back I get nothing. I cannot make an appointment because of this, I've tried emailing and trying to bypass the AI and legit nothing! I'm in so much pain and I'm in desperate need of emergency dental care but no one to take my calls but a insufferable AI robot!
