Joe and his staff are so friendly and their prices are very good. Got my oil changed, windshield repaired and tires aligned on my 2020 GLE. They were very fast - I would recommend this shop over any other in Chicago.
The staff was very courteous and professional
It was so easy to make an appointment for diagnosis and repair of emissions system after my engine light went on. They began work right on time and finished in very reasonable time while I waited. I was surprised when they gave me the bill. I expected it to be more. For 5 years I had had my Sonic serviced by the dealer, but then I was treated very badly by the service manager, and I vowed I would not go back. Customer Service is a 10/10. I needed a part and they got it for me the same day reasonably priced. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
