I had my car towed there after it dies one night. When I called in the morning, I asked them to discuss any charges with me. They were completely rude when they called back saying, "nobody works for free" and if I didn't want the work done, I had to tow it away. All he had to say was, "no problem, we are happy to help you. It will be an $85 diagnostic fee and then I'll call before doing any other work." I will never use them again!
