I have been happy with the bracelets but not the earrings. I have very sensitive ears and it has to be safe metals or I break out.
I’m a repeat customer, and the product I ordered is fine, however the customer service I received when I contacted them three different times after the company failed to ship the item for two weeks was horrendous. I’m not certain how they maintain business when they fail to accept responsibility for their errors…even after being shown documentation, and then lie about the matter simply to dodge responsibility. Despite cheap prices, the overall experience will most likely prohibit me shopping with them again.
