I got an appointment at 6 pm today. My guess they didn't arranged good the amount of people they could provide the service. So, they made me wait for 20 minutes. Once someone showed up, she was hurry up and she wanna cut my hair as fast as she could, The cut wasn't bad, but I didn't like the way they look after me
