They ruined my designer coat and will not compensate me! I was promised that I would receive a check for the coat ( they signed my receipt with an amount to be reimbursed) when I returned for status they now claimed to need a receipt of purchase for my coat. I received the coat as a Christmas gift in 2019 . They knew this previously. I don’t have a receipt. They refuse to make amends. Don’t go there if you have anything of value!
