Long wait despite phoning ahead to check how busy ED was as I could see Charlie’s only had 60 min wait at the time, no adequate pain relief while waiting. No one checked on me while I sat waiting for well over an hour. Torturous scans with SKG I’ve never been in so much pain! Sent home without an adequate plan and full diagnosis was missed and only discovered extent of my injuries almost week later. Really substandard I would have been better off in the public system. Not a real ED. DREADFUL. Do not go there! I had a horrendous experience, like going to a torture chamber. Under equipped, low staff & treated like a I'm troubling them. Utterly disgraceful, joke of a 'so called l' ED. - I'd reacted badly to going home after spinal surgery. So I hadn't 'stubbed my toe'. A real shame as the main hospital is good.

Huge thanks to the wonderful doctor at Hollywood Private Hospital, you've made my entire year. Dr RB Campbell was very prompt, compassionate and understanding of my situation. I wishfully needed surgery to get a needle out of my foot within a small time frame due to having an upcoming trip out of the country (2days) and also due to it being rather painful and starting to get infected. Waited 40 minutes in an empty waiting room with an insect in my ear and intermittent excruciating pain for triage only to be told there is no ENT specialist so I cannot be assessed or treated. This is NOT an Emergency Department.
