I am very dissatisfied with this private hospital. My CRP reading was 14, but I was informed that all blood test results were normal. In addition, I received no clinical advice following my investigations. Over the four‑hour attendance, no doctor conducted a thorough consultation about my symptoms. Only blood tests and a chest X‑ray were performed. I believe this has led to delays in my diagnosis and treatment.
Absolute appalling! Wait time of more than 3 hours with absolutely no proactive information from the staff! I would strongly advise everyone to forget the idea that paying for emergency treatment will mean shorter wait times! Go somewhere else!!!
I've been to Hollywood ED twice in the past 4 months for severe abdominal pain radiating into my back and vomiting. Both times I have been met with some really empathetic nurses from Triage to in the ED. The doctors have been thorough and the surgeon I've met both times has been great aswell. They helped manage my pain and vomiting. Just wanted to say thank you for your care 🙏❤️
