Worst hospital experience ever. Staff are discourteous. Don't answer the call bell. Don't change sheets. Don't manage showering. Flippant when you are in serious pain and vomiting. Responding with "What do you want me to do?". Two weeks of horror. Culminating in a dirty room, and when I finally complained, my complaints were met with. "We normally have 5-star reviews. I have nothing but praise & admiration for the Amazing Staff in the Donaldson ward at the Hollywood hospital. My husband Darryl sadly passed away whilst on a medical trial, but the duty of care received during his time there was absolutely sensational. A few super heroes in the ward Neethu, Suzanne, Abigail, Raj, Michelle, Dr/s Ollie, Opelo and Alwyn and the absolute legend Adrian, who was a God send in our darkest hours.
