Steve provided a fast repair to our backwash system along with helping us recognize when it was time to take preventive action so it doesn’t happen again. He’s customer service and knowledge were impressive. His pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use him again.
I spoke with Steve about some pool maintenace today. Unfortunately, he does not perforn the items I was inquiring about. However, he was very knowledgeable and willing to send me to other companies in order to get the job done. I appreciate his honesty and information.
Spoke with Steve, explained pool problem. Super friendly, made an appointment for today and was punctual and fixed my issue without any problem. Was referred by Leslie's pools and am very impressed with his fees and punctuality. Also hired him to come and maintain my pool weekly.

Spoke to a jerk named Steve, very rude and unprofessional. Has no customer service skills to save his life. He does not take the time to listen, he’ll hang up on your face.
