I've been using Hollywood Service for years. Fast, honest service. Nice people. Never had any issues.
This place tried to scam me. I’d noticed accounting irregularities since 2018. They would say I had an account balance even though I paid every bill. Over the years I’ve called in three times to point out accounting mistakes with their book-keeper. The last straw was when they charged me for replacing my pool heater but I never knew about it, they never told me I needed that done and they never billed me for it. They just tried to add that to my ‘account balance.‘ I have the same old Sta-Rite pool heater I bought new in 2005... read more
We worked with the owner of this business and found his staff to be very amenable to our training. They clean pools extremely well and we decided to partner with them, and the experience has been great!
