This company is a fraud. We had rodents in our unit and called the company hoping it would solve the issue, but it didn't help at all since the intruders were still here ! Basically, the guy came over, set some traps, got his money, and left. What is the point of paying hundreds of dollars if it is just to have someone come over and set up some traps ? Mike and Mikey Jr. have been out to bait and fill entrances twice, and I am just blown away by how above and beyond they go with their customer service. I had locked myself out of my apartment, so Mikey waited with me while my landlord came to let us into my apartment, and then Mikey superman lifted my stove to get to the mouse hole behind it. Without their incredible diligence, I would still be plagued by the New England mice problem. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

What a joke of a business. We contacted this person Michael and requested that he sends an quote of the job to patch in holes for the unit and basement to prevent pests, and then goes on a tangent yelling and screaming at us that he doesn’t take obscene requests like that. He previously did a job for us to fill those holes and we asked for a report of the job. Instead of providing that like any other professional business, he then goes on about how he wants his money “RIGHT NOW” and proceeds to start yelling? I’m so confused... read more

I can’t say enough about these guys. I came back from vacation to a mite problem and when I called, Mike, the owner, knew exactly what I had going on. He and his son came out within a few hours and answered my millions questions. They went above and beyond to identify the not so obvious source of the infestation and talked me through every step. I'm very impressed with Hollywood Pest Control. Michael is fast, efficient and gets the job done. Both times that I have used his services he came out and completed the job the same day as my call.
