I usually see Sara, who is always professional and attentive. Unfortunately, my appointment with Sally was very uncomfortable. I felt rushed, she hurt me multiple times while drilling my nails, and when I gave feedback, she responded with attitude and raised her voice. Not the level of service I expected.
It is an excellent place with a very professional and attentive team. I was especially impressed by Kara, who is truly wonderful at what she does. She is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and provides outstanding service.
It was first time experience with this nail salon. My friend referred me there , I got my refill by Sally. I love the technique, focus and personality. She knows what she is doing. Highly recommend and for sure go back again for next refill.
