Their nail filing was so uneven. Nails are ten different shapes at the end. Cuticles were bleeding and was painful. The technician is not giving you full attention while doing your nails. Same technician is dealing with three customers at the same time. It was such a waste of money. The main thing is they never offer you receipt for proof of service. Simply, don’t go there.
So I’ve constantly had horrible experiences here, the only reason I return is if I’m desperate as it’s located conveniently next to my house. But after my last experience i was reminded that it’s definitely not worth the pain. It’s the only nail salon that either cuts my cuticles too much, causing them to bleed or filing down way too much that again, causes them to bleed and so painful! I'm so glad I got my nails done here, Wendy did my nails and she took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and I was happy with them, they turned out exactly how I wanted them and they look amazing. By far the best customer service in northlands !!
I wish I read the reviews before going here! I went to get my SNS tips taken off and new SNS tips put on. The lady cut straight through the tips with a nail clipper and proceeded to shove an acrylic nail underneath to try flick them off my real nails. I told here this hurt, she soaked my hand for literally 30 seconds then tried to do it again! Which I said again that it hurt.
